We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year at no extra charge for weekends, or after normal business hours.  We ensure all personal information is kept confidential and provide step-by-step assistance. We can answer questions about full traditional funeral services, cremation services, burial vaults, caskets, urns, and Advance Planning information.  Our families can ask for Memorial Tribute DVD Services.  This special service creates a memory invaluable to your visitation. Provide and maintain facilities necessary for all services.

Receive death calls and obtain signed death certificate.

Provide details of steps to be taken after death notification.

Obtain release of remains and transfer to funeral home.

Take custody & inventory personal effects of deceased and return to family

Embalm remains and perform restorative art procedures when necessary

Perform alternative preparation when no embalming.

Hold body without preparation when required.

Coordinate with organ/tissue bank for donation.

File death certificate with proper government agency.

Obtain burial cremation or transit permit.

Provide government forms for arrangement conference.
